This Privacy Policy Agreement represents a legal agreement between you (“Visitor”, “User”) and the company SC VINVICO SA that defines the terms and conditions for the use of this site, the privacy policy and the protection of personal data, as defined below.

Data security

The personal data provided will be used only for the stated purpose of this agreement. The data will be used for email communications, to obtain own statistics, to inform other means of communication about subsequent actions. The information received will not be made available to any natural person, legal entity, institution, except if justifiedly requested by the authorities in law or if the company VINVICO SA is abused in any way.

We respect and guarantee the confidentiality of data and we undertake not to transmit personal data to third parties. VINVICO SA guarantees that it will respect the rights imposed by law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. Any user who has explicitly provided his/her email address on the shop.vinvico.ro website, or from other sources, may request the deletion of the data by a written request sent to officevinvico@gmail.com.

VINVICO SA does not assume responsibility for information losses due to errors or possible security problems of the actions of third parties. From May 25, 2018, the new general regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) applies. VINVICO SA has taken care of your personal data so far and will continue to do so. We will detail what personal data is and how we use it, with your consent.

What data we collect:

There are two types of information we collect:

How we collect data

We collect information about you in three ways:

  1. Directly – when you visit the site or when you subscribe to the online newsletter at shop.vinvico.ro
  2. Indirectly – when you contact us to request a service offer, in which case your data is entered into the CRM (Customer relationship management) system for better measurement of sales activity.
  3. From third parties – we may obtain information about you and from third parties that operate data through cookies, such as for example: Google or Facebook advertising networks.

At any time you can request the deletion of your data by sending us an email to officevinvico@gmail.com, which will delete any data related to you within 24 hours. Also, if you have opted to subscribe to the newsletter, in each email you receive from us there will be an Unsubscribe link, clicking on which will automatically delete your data and you will never receive any more information from us.

  1. How we use the collected data

We, together with our advertising service providers, may use the information we collect about you for the following purposes:

  • To personalize the advertising we display to you
  • To provide you with technical support related to our services;
  • To provide you with the services you request
  • To respond to your requests and comments;
  • To recognize the devices you use when accessing shop.vinvico.ro and to associate them with your profile.

  • To use certain technologies (such as Personalized Audiences on Facebook or Google) through which we deliver advertising to you on other sites, based on the Personal Data provided by you or by third-party services to which you have granted this right;

We monitor the information obtained

Processing and storage of personal data

Data security

We take both technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss or alteration of your information. Data transmission over the Internet is inherently insecure and we can only guarantee the security of data stored locally. To increase security, we store data on secure cloud computing servers, through Dropbox INC (San Francisco, USA).
