Return policy

According to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the buyer has 14 calendar days from the date of physical possession of the goods to withdraw from the contract. In most cases, this means the right to return the purchased products.

Therefore, it is normal if you are not satisfied with the purchase made, to be able to return the products. And we at Vinvico understand this.

That is why we offer the possibility of returning the purchased products, within 14 calendar days from the purchase.

Return process:

  • Once the Return Form has been completed, we will contact you by phone or email to establish the date on which you will be available to meet the courier to return the products. We will send a courier on the date you mentioned to pick up the package.
  • You are obliged to pack the products well, so that they are not damaged during transport.
  • Once you have established the date on which you wish to place the return and you have the products properly packaged, the courier will contact you on that day for collection.
  • After the product reaches us (if the return meets all the conditions below) we will refund the money to your account within a maximum of 14 working days or we will send you another product, in accordance with your mention in the Return Form or upon request for the return through other means of communication.

I. Ways to compensate for the return:

1. By the option to refund your money against the value of the products.

or

  1. Exchange with another product from our website www.shop.vinvico.ro – How?
  • If the new product has a higher price than the returned one, you will have to pay the courier the price difference upon receipt of the new package or in advance, by bank transfer to our account.
  • If the new product has a lower price than the one originally ordered, we will refund the difference to the bank account provided by you. Therefore, please complete our return form with all the necessary data including – 24-character IBAN code and Full name of the cardholder.

Along with the return request, please also specify the preferred compensation method in the return form or email, “Exchange with another product” or “Refund”. If you have opted for the “Exchange with another product” option and we owe you the difference in money or you have opted for “Refund of money“, we will transfer the difference to your bank account or refund the money within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receipt and confirmation of the return.

 

II. Return Costs

Vinvico will pay the fees for returning products in the following cases:

1. The product received does not correspond to the one in the order

2. The product delivered is damaged at the factory (non-conforming)

– if the customer wishes to make a return for other reasons, the costs of the return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

NOTE: The return is not sent with a refund! The amount due to the customer will be refunded to the account after checking and approving the returned products according to the Return Policy.



III.   Products eligible for return:

IMPORTANT:  All products can be returned for 14 days under the following conditions:

The condition of the products must be the same as when received (not opened or unsealed).
The product must be sent with all labels and accessories intact. 
We will not accept products that have the original label attached with adhesive tape.
We will not accept products that are not properly packaged, and have been degraded during transport.

Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a fee to bring the products to their original saleable condition.

IV. Wrong delivery / Incorrect product?

In the event of a delivery that does not correspond to the initial order, please write to us at the email address officevinvico@gmail.com or call us at +40 736 352 115 to fix the problem simply and quickly. The return costs in this case will be borne by us.

V. Other information regarding the return policy

  • The easiest way to opt for the return of products is through the Return Form, but this is not mandatory. You can formulate a return request by email or by phone or other unambiguous means of communication providing all the data necessary to process the return.
  • Any product exchange can only be made within the limit of available stock.
  • Vinvico will send the requested product for exchange with another product only after you (the buyer) have already returned the product initially purchased from our site. The cancellation of the purchase of a product or its replacement will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the purchase.
  • According to our Terms and Conditions, if you return one or more products purchased in whole or in part with a discount coupon and opt for the compensation method “Refund of product value”, the value of the discount coupon will not be refunded.
  • If the buyer requests a return with the option “Refund of money against the value of the products” – against the value of the products will be refunded to a bank account provided by the buyer. We will not return money in cash or by other means, except by the method mentioned above in this point (7.).
  • By placing an order on the website www.vinvico.ro you agree to the Return Policy as well as the Terms and Conditions policy.
